Well, I'm not sure why I weighed in last night and then to post it. Such a dork. It's been a strange week. I'll just chalk it up to the weather and being a women. Well, I'm proud to say I'm even down 1 lb from yesterday. So that puts me at 3.4 from last week and total of 9 lbs in 4 weeks. YIPPY!!! The total since May now being 17 lbs off. The only bummer is that my fat % went back up. We have a crazy day, starting off w/meeting Rusty's 3rd Grade teacher, Mrs. LLoyd and then off shopping and then a Stampin Up party, oh yeah, Rusty has a birthday/slumber party tonight as well. So fun fun.
